To continue fund raising for the 2005 Hurst Pantomime “Snow White” following the theme of celebrating the 60th anniversary of D-Day in this historic year, the Pantomime group have organised:

WOKINGHAM PAST & PRESENT

On Friday 8th October 2004 the local historian Ken Goatley is giving an illustrated talk spanning 100 years of Wokingham, its buildings and history, using two screens the show demonstrates many of the changes that have taken place.

In Hurst Village Hall starting at 7.30pm the show lasts for approximately two hours, during the interval wine and nibbles will be available.

When shown in Wokingham Town this event is usually a sell out, so book early to avoid disappointment!
